How to Use Our Best Motivator to Benefit Us

What motivates us? What do we all have in common as human beings that causes us to strive to be better? We have so many different things that can motivate us, but when it comes down to it, there’s one thing we all have in common; we want to be happy. If you’re anything like me, you probably ask yourself how you can get more of your favorite motivation every day.

What is our best motivator?

Our best motivator is often internal, coming from a desire to achieve something or succeed. This can be a great driving force in our lives, pushing us to do our best and achieve our goals. However, we can also benefit from external motivators, such as family, friends, or mentors. These people can provide support and encouragement when we need it most, helping us stay on track and keeping us motivated.

What is a vision board? A vision board is a representation of what you want to achieve in your life. It can be made up of anything that inspires you and helps to keep you motivated. This can include photos, quotes, affirmations, and even objects that remind you of your goals.

Removing Fear From The Equation

I can tell you it would give us a whole new outlook on life. It will allow us to focus on the next right thing instead of worrying about outcomes or something that might happen in the future. In other words, it will allow us to be proactive instead of reactive. So how do we remove fear from the equation? I'll share with you one technique I use for myself: Define your fears into five different categories and write them down (somewhere where you'll see them often). That way, when any thoughts related to those fears pop up in your head, you can look at them and remind yourself they're not true because they're just thoughts.
